■ Domestic Payment and Delivery Methods

(a) Payment method:

(ii) Shipping time: After the order is successfully placed, the goods will be shipped in about 3 to 7 days (excluding the order date and public holidays).

(III) Distribution and Logistics:

Domestic delivery within the island: 3-7 business days, delivery fee NT$100.

Domestic parcels from outlying islands: 3-7 business days, shipping fee 250 yuan.

7-Eleven pickup without payment: 3-7 days (Taiwan region only), shipping fee NT$70.

FamilyMart pickup without payment: 3-7 days (Taiwan region only), shipping fee NT$70.

International parcels: We offer SF Express and EMS shipping. Delivery time and cost vary depending on the destination.

Enjoy free shipping within Taiwan for orders over $3,000.

(ii) Shipping time: After the order is successfully placed, the goods will be shipped in about 6 to 10 days (excluding the order date and public holidays).

(III) Distribution and Logistics:

Currently, deliveries to Hong Kong and Macau are handled via "7-Eleven Cross-border Delivery" and "7-Eleven Cross-border Convenience Store Pickup (No Cash on Delivery)". For deliveries to countries outside Hong Kong and Macau, please contact customer service.

(iv) Precautions:

1. As shipping costs are calculated differently depending on the country and weight, the actual shipping cost will be based on the cost shown at checkout.

2. In accordance with the regulations of the recipient's country, any customs duties, taxes, or other levies shall be paid by the recipient.

3. Overseas parcel delivery is time-consuming, and cross-border refund logistics and procedures are complicated. Please make sure to fill in the receipt information completely and confirm that it is correct before making payment.

4. If the delivery of goods fails due to incomplete recipient information or incorrect phone number, the returned order will be cancelled and refunded to the original order account after deducting round-trip shipping costs and other expenses incurred in the delivery process.

5. Overseas shipping and free shipping on the official website cannot be combined.

6. In accordance with Taiwan's Business Tax Act, we will not issue uniform invoices for overseas orders.
